PAYMENT
About Payment

We ask you to enter your credit card number when you place your order, and we process your payment in real time. Depending on the result of this processing, credit card payment may not be available. Please note that credit cards issued overseas may not be accepted.

Payment Timing
For credit card payment: within 5 days after we send you an "Order Receipt Completion E-mail".
Orders that have not been processed will be automatically cancelled.

About Exchange Rates
If you are making a payment from overseas or using a card issued overseas, an exchange rate will apply. This exchange rate is set by the payment service or credit card company you are using, and an exchange conversion fee will be charged. This fee is not charged by this site, but by the credit card company or payment service (PayPal etc.). Therefore, there may be a difference between the exchange rate at the time of purchase and at the time of refund. Please note that this site is not responsible for this.

Import duties
If you order products using international shipping, they may be opened and inspected by customs and may be subject to import taxes and duties when they arrive at the shipping address. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount. For more information, please contact your local customs office before placing your order. You must also comply with the laws and regulations of the country or region to which the products are being shipped, and we cannot be held responsible for any violations of these laws.


Application validity period
Within 5 days after the order is placed.
In the unlikely event that an ordered item is out of stock, we will notify you of this in the "Order Receipt Completion E-mail" and your order may be cancelled. Please note that cancellations cannot be accepted after the product has been shipped.

Please note that we do not accept any shipping companies. Lease 3 to 7 days for domestic delivery and approximately 2 weeks for international delivery. The storage period at our sales office is 7 days from the date of first delivery.

Overseas International Shipping
We will ship in order. Please allow approximately 2 weeks after ordering.
*It may take longer than usual for delivery when orders are concentrated, when there are consecutive holidays due to weekends, national holidays, or our company's holidays, or during or around periods of high shipping volume or other workloads by manufacturers or suppliers.

Shipping fee: Flat rate of 1,100 yen within Japan
(Customers living in Hokkaido and Okinawa: Shipping fee 1,430 yen)

Payment of customs duties in such cases will be made by the recipient. We use Sagawa Express's Sagawa Express Express Global Post Delivery Service (EMS) for international shipments. If customs duties are incurred, they will be paid locally and Sagawa Express will handle the procedures on your behalf.

Areas where delivery is not available
We cannot ship to countries/areas other than those listed above.

If the delivery address is geographically remote, on a remote island, or in other isolated locations, delivery may not be possible. We will also notify you prior to delivery if the shipping cost will be higher than the market rate for the area. We also reserve the right not to deliver to areas prohibited by applicable export laws. We also do not accept shipments to P.O. Boxes or similar addresses.

Note on delivery
*When orders are concentrated or there are consecutive holidays on weekends, national holidays, or our company holidays, it may take longer than usual for delivery. Please understand this in advance.
*It may take longer than usual to deliver within Japan to Hokkaido, Tohoku, Chugoku, Shikoku, and Kyushu. Please understand this in advance.

Please note that customs duties and taxes in each country may be charged separately in each country/region for overseas shipments

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

As a rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to personal reasons.
*Size exchanges for unused items are exceptions.

Order Cancellation
We generally do not accept cancellations after an order is placed. However, cancellations may be permitted under the following specific conditions:

Stock Shortages: If an unexpected lack of stock occurs.
Incorrect Display: Errors in pricing or product specifications.
Shipping Incidents or Natural Disasters: When delivery becomes impossible due to accidents or disasters.
In these cases, we will contact you promptly and propose solutions.

Exclusion from the Cooling-Off Period
Under our policies, mail-order sales do not qualify for a return period typically provided for door-to-door or certain direct sales. This type of return policy allows consumers to cancel their purchases within a specific timeframe, which does not apply to our mail-order transactions.

Return/Exchange Conditions
We ensure the quality of our products, but if the following issues arise during delivery, we will handle returns or exchanges at our expense:

The product is damaged or soiled.
A product different from your order is delivered.
In these cases, please contact us via the “CONTACT” page within 7 days of receiving the product. Keep the item in its original packaging. Return shipping costs will be covered by us. If an exchange is not possible due to the product being sold out, discontinued, or limited edition, we will refund the product price and any transfer fees.


Defective or Incorrect Items
Upon receiving the product, please inspect it promptly for damage or incorrect delivery.
If defects or damage during shipping are found, contact us via the “CONTACT” page within 7 days of receipt. We will cover return shipping and proceed with necessary repairs or exchanges.
If repair is not possible or an exchange cannot be made for sold-out, discontinued, or limited-edition items, a full refund will be provided.
Requests for returns, exchanges, or repairs after 7 days from product receipt cannot be accommodated. Please note that returns or exchanges due to personal preferences, such as differences in impression, or for items already used, cannot be accepted.
If you wish to request a refund or exchange, the item must be returned to us. Even for defective items, the return is required.

Conditions for Size Exchanges
For size exchanges, the item must be unused with tags attached, and exchanges will only be processed if the stock is available. Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Exchanges cannot be made for items received more than 7 days ago, items with damage or soiling due to use (fitting for size checking is acceptable), or items that have been altered or repaired by the customer. Exchanges are also not possible if packaging, tags, instructions, or other included items are damaged, soiled, or lost.

Differences Between Screen Display and Actual Product
The colors and textures shown on product pages may differ from the actual product due to variations in monitor settings, operating systems, and browser versions. Please be aware of this when making a purchase.
